“Brad, your son bought that car 9 months before the work was done, and it had already been serviced elsewhere since. We explained upfront the warranty situation, and your son agreed to the reduced price of $483 (instead of $1,087). You came in shouting and threatening — completely unreasonable when we tried to explain. We have all invoices and notes to show exactly what was agreed and done. We are always fair and honest, and happy to share proof with anyone concerned.”
